Operational Improvement Principal

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leaders to assess current-state processes and design scalable automation and AI solutions
• Lead process improvement efforts using methodologies such as Six Sigma, process mining, and root cause analysis
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on requirements, prioritize opportunities, and build consensus on transformation initiatives
• Develop data-driven business cases to quantify the value of automation, AI, and process improvements
• Design and implement low-code and automation solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Platform or UiPath
• Advise clients on the application of AI-assisted workflows and autonomous/agentic AI solutions
• Define and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to track value realization and ongoing improvement opportunities
• Drive solution adoption through effective change management and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or automation consulting
• Hands-on experience with low-code and automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and/or UiPath
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, DMAIC, or value stream mapping)
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making in complex, matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working alongside executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Professional process improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
• Experience evaluating different automation approaches including RPA, APIs, and agentic AI
