Operational Excellence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and facilitate process improvement projects and workshops to drive cultural change
• Conduct root cause analysis to address operational issues, material flow, and production capacity
• Perform advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping and cost feasibility studies
• Develop, lead, and monitor KAIZEN activities and continuous improvement processes
• Lead and coach various departments on Operational Excellence Programs
• Create documentation and standards for newly developed processes
• Continuously identify methods to increase efficiency and improve existing workflows

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar operational excellence role within a manufacturing setup
• 5 years of experience within the automotive industry
• Proven experience in production or logistics processes
• University degree in Engineering or Economics
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and supervise cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
