Operational Excellence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and execute plant standardization of the management system by working with employees at all levels.
• Lead and facilitate improvement teams, workshop teams, and individual projects aligned with plant priorities.
• Participate in daily problem-solving activities and act as a resource for plant improvement teams.
• Conduct process analysis and performance reporting to support internal and external client needs.
• Apply Lean tools and techniques including DMAIC, PDCA, root cause analysis, and Kaizen.
• Support the development, documentation, and training of standardized work in collaboration with plant training resources.
• Present, educate, and train various audiences to drive the adoption of best practices and eliminate waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent work-related experience.
• Experience in process improvement or project management.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead, build teams, and influence others without formal authority.
