Operational Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute continuous improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives across production and business processes
• Drive waste reduction, efficiency gains, and process optimization using Lean methodologies such as 5S and visual management
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve performance and productivity
• Manage and deliver cross-functional projects across manufacturing and administrative functions
• Support and enhance tier escalation processes to resolve operational issues
• Analyze performance metrics to guide decision-making and sustain improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites to drive alignment and execution
• Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

• 5–12 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Lean environments
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
• Demonstrated experience leading CI or Lean projects with measurable impact on cost or efficiency
• Background in manufacturing, operations, or similar industrial environments
• U.S. person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment
• Proven ability to succeed in dynamic, transformation-focused environments
