Operational Excellence Intern

Responsibilities

• Improve carbide yield through documented analysis and optimization
• Qualify new suppliers for calcium carbide
• Diagnose and develop prevention methods for acetone spitting
• Act as a Facility Manager by planning workforce against production, conducting safety visits, and improving reporting quality
• Participate in CO2 filling and LGC automatic filling projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfort with leveraging AI tools and digital applications for data analysis and process optimization
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• High curiosity regarding complex industrial processes and chemical plant operations
