Operational Excellence Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and Lean principles
• Define end-to-end process architecture and develop standardized process management models
• Connect management systems with organizational strategy, KPIs, and executive decision-making
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational practices that drive business value
• Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) and executive dashboards
• Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for system administration, execution, and continuous improvement
• Integrate risk management methodologies into the operational excellence system
• Drive the adoption of a continuous improvement culture across the organization

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience leading management systems and continuous improvement at an organizational level
• Proven experience in team management and leading multidisciplinary groups
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Strong expertise in Lean principles, strategic planning, and risk management
• Proficiency in problem-solving and systems thinking
