Operational Excellence Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop visual management tools for the operational site
• Create and expand key performance indicators (KPIs) for the contract
• Collaborate with maintenance engineers to optimize maintenance processes at the CEA Marcoule site
• Promote and disseminate a culture of operational excellence among the teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team efficiency

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program
• Specialization in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex data
• High level of rigor and autonomy in task management
• Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
