Operational Estimator

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret contract documents including RFPs and specifications
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for design-build projects within the nuclear market
• Support the scoping and development of work packages
• Coordinate with estimators and engineers to provide constructability input and value engineering
• Identify, quantify, and communicate project risks throughout the estimating process
• Conduct site visits and investigations as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating and quantity takeoffs
• Proficiency in at least one core construction discipline
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain necessary facility-specific clearances
• Ability to travel as required by the role

• Experience specifically within the nuclear or heavy industrial markets
• Strong mathematical and computer skills with high attention to detail
