Operational Due Diligence Manager, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and ongoing operational due diligence reviews for third-party managers and sub-advisors
• Perform detailed document reviews and participate in operational due diligence meetings
• Produce comprehensive reports and escalate items of concern to senior team members
• Manage media monitoring and background check processes for external partners
• Facilitate activities and provide timely responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Investment Research, and Product Management
• Review Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) responses for accuracy and risk

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in third-party manager operational due diligence
• Strong knowledge of investment vehicles, operations, and internal controls
• Ability to conduct professional meetings with senior management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and perform well under pressure
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional advanced degree
• Professional qualification such as a CPA
