About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels in conjunction with the General Manager
- Implement actions to promote customer loyalty and unique experiences
- Suggest improvements for product quality, service, and hotel maintenance
- Lead the implementation of specific projects and corporate actions
- Act as a facilitator between departments to mediate conflicts and ensure supply of products/services
- Monitor hotel performance by department and guide preventive/corrective actions
- Analyze and approve purchase orders and evaluate service provider quality
- Manage qualitative and financial aspects of Food & Beverage and Lodging
- Manage updated indicators and implement corrective measures to meet management contract goals
- Select, develop, and evaluate employee performance and engagement
- Act as an ambassador for brand values and service culture
- Follow CSR guidelines regarding waste collection and resource consumption
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a compatible field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and develop empowered teams
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Customer orientation and business improvement mindset
