About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction levels in conjunction with the General Manager
  • Implement actions to promote customer loyalty and unique experiences
  • Suggest improvements for product quality, service, and hotel maintenance
  • Lead the implementation of specific projects and corporate actions
  • Act as a facilitator between departments to mediate conflicts and ensure supply of products/services
  • Monitor hotel performance by department and guide preventive/corrective actions
  • Analyze and approve purchase orders and evaluate service provider quality
  • Manage qualitative and financial aspects of Food & Beverage and Lodging
  • Manage updated indicators and implement corrective measures to meet management contract goals
  • Select, develop, and evaluate employee performance and engagement
  • Act as an ambassador for brand values and service culture
  • Follow CSR guidelines regarding waste collection and resource consumption

Requirements

  • Completed higher education degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a compatible field
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and develop empowered teams
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Customer orientation and business improvement mindset
