Operational Care Team Leader, Air Logistics

Responsibilities

• Create and complete shipment details in the internal transport management system
• Coordinate with stakeholders to organize transport based on customer promises
• Monitor and report on the operational performance of carriers and vendors
• Ensure high data quality for accurate customer reporting
• Create files for export consolidation and import de-consolidation
• Review shipping instructions for compliance with country regulations and routing information
• Issue all required documentation within 24 hours of departure
• Provide timely departure and arrival confirmations to Customer Care Teams
• Manage cost awareness and efficiency to maximize profit
• Support the resolution of claims and disputes
