About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the operational contact person for procurement inquiries on campus
- Execute purchases up to 250,000 SEK per instance ensuring best commercial terms
- Manage supplier negotiations, order acknowledgments, and delivery follow-ups
- Handle complaints, warranty issues, and disputes in collaboration with tactical buyers
- Support the development and improvement of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process
Requirements
- Relevant education in procurement, logistics, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in operational procurement work
- Proficiency in using procurement and ERP systems
- Fluency in Swedish and English
