Operational Buyer

Responsibilities

• Execute and control the KSA purchase-to-pay (P2P) cycle, including request review, PO issuance, and invoice matching.
• Review and respond to urgent stakeholder inquiries while validating documentation, coding, and compliance.
• Manage the i2B Review Gate to ensure approved requests are converted to M3 Purchase Orders within agreed timelines.
• Expedite PO conversion, supplier acknowledgments, and overdue deliveries.
• Resolve PO execution issues and handle urgent manual PO exceptions via approved audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm receipt of goods/services and ensure timely GRN completion.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve three-way match issues and support the payment processing cycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational and technical procurement, preferably in a multi-site or regional environment.
• Deep understanding of purchase-to-pay processes (requisitions, POs, GRN, and three-way matching).
• Working knowledge of procurement governance and compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems; experience with M3 and i2B is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to coordinate with outsourced PTP teams, suppliers, stores, and Finance departments.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage urgent operational priorities with minimal supervision.
