Operational and Maintenance Lead - Drainage

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and meetings with the Client to ensure compliance with management systems and foster collaborative environments.
• Provide leadership and management for the O&M Contract, including planning and controlling activities to meet service objectives.
• Manage cost, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of all operational activities in line with Client budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team to ensure tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Contract, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Monitor work in progress to ensure quality and deliverables are maintained.
• Establish and implement strategies to drive efficiencies within the Contract.

Requirements

• Degree and Masters in an Engineering discipline.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (excellent written and verbal communication is required).
• 25+ years of experience managing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Infrastructure, including drainage and highway asset management.
• Demonstrable experience leading O&M Infrastructure Contracts within the GCC region.
• Project management certification that meets Parsons' requirements.
• Proven ability to perform in a high-level management capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of O&M Infrastructure practices and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognized qualification from the Institute of Asset Management.
• Knowledge of current technology and its effective utilization in large-scale projects.
• Experience in the optimization of Opex and capital maintenance schemes.
