Operational and Maintenance Lead - Drainage

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and meetings with the Client to ensure compliance with management systems and foster collaborative environments.
• Provide leadership and management for the O&M Contract, including planning and controlling activities to meet service objectives.
• Manage the O&M portfolio on behalf of the client, ensuring cost management aligns with established budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team to ensure operational tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the contract, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all operational activities.
• Establish and implement strategies to drive efficiencies within the contract and monitor work in progress to maintain quality.

Requirements

• Degree and Masters in an Engineering discipline.
• 25+ years of experience managing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Infrastructure, including drainage asset management and highways.
• Proven experience leading O&M Infrastructure Contracts within the GCC region.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (excellent written and verbal communication is required).
• Project management certification that meets Parsons' requirements.
• Demonstrable experience in operational maintenance, network management, and managing multi-discipline schemes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognized qualification from the Institute of Asset Management.
• Knowledge of current technologies and their effective utilization in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience in the optimization of Opex and capital maintenance schemes.
