Operational Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational and financial reporting, including KPI tracking, DIFOT reporting, and customer reporting packs
• Analyse and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support operational and capital projects through data analysis, modelling, and performance tracking
• Review operational processes and reporting workflows to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business case development

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field
• Experience in operational, logistics, or business data analysis
• Strong capability in data modelling, financial analysis, and translating insights into actionable outcomes
• Understanding of accounting principles and commercial drivers
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Power BI
