Operation Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct training and development for Direct Labor employees, including cross-training, periodic training, and personal development.
• Establish and coordinate orientation, onboarding, and on-the-job training for new manufacturing employees.
• Manage competency frameworks and sustain certification and re-certification processes for all manufacturing staff.
• Design, develop, and deliver technical training content and materials, ensuring they stay current with technical changes.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training gaps to propose effective recommendations.
• Maintain proper administration and filing of all training documentation, including modules and product knowledge records.
• Partner with production floor management to resolve training concerns and execute learning strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, preferably within the medical industry.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong administrative, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• HRDF Train the Trainer certification or equivalent.
• Experience with multimedia tools for training content development.
