Operation Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track operational metrics to identify potential issues or deviations
• Provide first-line support for operational inquiries and incidents from internal teams and external partners
• Document and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and IT departments to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflows
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and report generation to support decision-making
• Participate in the testing and implementation of new operational tools and systems
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to solution development
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and support special projects for operational leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in operations support, administrative, or coordination roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within an e-commerce or logistics environment
• Familiarity with operational software or systems such as WMS or CRM
