Operation & Supply Chain Engineer

Responsibilities

• Complete a three-year Leadership Development Program consisting of four six-month rotations and a twelve-month capstone.
• Rotate through required areas including Operations Engineering, Plan & Materials, and Industrialization, Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Select an elective rotation in Strategic Sourcing or Logistics.
• Complete a twelve-month capstone requirement in plant supervision reporting to a Department Manager.
• Engage in individualized mentoring and ongoing development conversations with a program manager.
• Develop core competencies in data analysis, project management, and people leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work on-site in Tecate, Baja California, Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• A grade average of B (Bien) or 80/100 or better.
• Previous applicable co-op or internship experience.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
