About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in a three-year Leadership Development Program (LDP) featuring four six-month rotations to accelerate professional growth.
- Complete required rotations in Operations Engineering, Plan & Materials, and Industrialization, Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Complete an elective rotation in Strategic Sourcing or Logistics.
- Execute a twelve-month capstone requirement in plant guidance, reporting directly to a Department Manager.
- Develop core competencies in data analysis, project management, and people leadership.
- Engage in individualized mentoring and ongoing development conversations with a program manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.
Preferred Qualifications
- Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A grade average of 80/100 (B) or better.
- Previous applicable co-op or internship experience.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
