Operation & Supply Chain Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year Leadership Development Program (LDP) featuring four six-month rotations to accelerate professional growth.
• Complete required rotations in Operations Engineering, Plan & Materials, and Industrialization, Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Complete an elective rotation in Strategic Sourcing or Logistics.
• Execute a twelve-month capstone requirement in plant guidance, reporting directly to a Department Manager.
• Develop core competencies in data analysis, project management, and people leadership.
• Engage in individualized mentoring and ongoing development conversations with a program manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• A grade average of 80/100 (B) or better.
• Previous applicable co-op or internship experience.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
