Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to meet or exceed set targets
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflow to optimize productivity
• Supervise and mentor team members to foster a safe work environment
• Oversee maintenance, use, and availability of equipment to minimize downtime
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on safety, production, and equipment status
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices

Requirements

• Diploma or SMK majoring in Technical field
• Minimum 3 years experience leading operation teams in heavy equipment, drilling, or mining
• Strong knowledge of Epiroc products and services
• Understanding of mining processes, methods, and equipment
• Proficiency in mining and safety software and maintenance tracking systems
• Knowledge of mining safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English
• Valid driving license and ability to operate light vehicles
• POP Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Level 1 (SL1) Technician
• Applied Failure Analysis (AFA)
• Presentation and Public Speaking skills
