Operation Strategy Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive operational strategy and performance optimization within high-volume semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Translate complex demand signals into dynamic run plans and manage capacity planning.
• Identify and resolve tool-capacity and cycle-time bottlenecks to increase equipment utilization.
• Coordinate maintenance-day activities, tool work scheduling, and spec activations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on automation, cost savings, and smart manufacturing.
• Utilize data analytics to reduce throughput variance and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in semiconductor fabs, automated manufacturing, or factory operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and production control.
• Proven experience in capacity planning and project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
