Operation Risk Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Developing, updating, and enhancing the Operational Risk Management framework and tools including RCSA, LED, KRI, and BCP testing
• Providing timely escalation and action plans to risk committees and supervisory bodies
• Monitoring the Risk Appetite Statement and reporting breaches to the Board of Directors
• Preparing regular internal and external regulatory risk reports
• Providing advice and guidance to business units on risk-related matters and control development
• Collaborating with ERM, Compliance, Legal, IT, and Internal Audit departments
• Keeping abreast of regulatory developments and emerging risks like cyber security and climate risk
• Developing and implementing risk training programs and culture campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
• Certification in Risk Management, Internal Control, Compliance, or Internal Audit
• 7 years of experience in Operational Risk, BCM, IT Risk, Compliance, or Audit
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in project management and improving operational processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Deep knowledge of risk regulations within financial institutions
• Proficiency in working with numbers and financial reports
