About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and job profitability
- Oversee monthly invoicing for clients and contractors/sub-consultants
- Manage annual budgets and fee projections using D365
- Conduct monthly commission reviews to evaluate performance and enhance margins
- Identify and forecast strategic hiring needs to support sector growth
- Oversee quality assurance, onboarding, training, and mentoring for project teams
- Provide execution assurance for major projects and participate in innovation plans
- Refine and share best practices, templates, and processes across the business
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of operational leadership experience in professional services
- Experience in the Data Centre sector preferred
- Proven track record leading large-scale construction projects and programmes
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
