About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and job profitability
  • Oversee monthly invoicing for clients and contractors/sub-consultants
  • Manage annual budgets and fee projections using D365
  • Conduct monthly commission reviews to evaluate performance and enhance margins
  • Identify and forecast strategic hiring needs to support sector growth
  • Oversee quality assurance, onboarding, training, and mentoring for project teams
  • Provide execution assurance for major projects and participate in innovation plans
  • Refine and share best practices, templates, and processes across the business

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of operational leadership experience in professional services
  • Experience in the Data Centre sector preferred
  • Proven track record leading large-scale construction projects and programmes
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
