Operation Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage MP verification builds and alternate qualifications to ensure seamless mass production
• Implement ECO/DA to maintain product health throughout production and through EOL
• Align with cross-functional teams, Planning, and BU on product roadmaps, POR, and priorities
• Develop and align schedules and plans for verification builds (VB)
• Identify and address gaps or blockers through readiness reviews and coordinate responses to material crises or build disruptions
• Work on engineering shipments and collaborate with CRB to implement changes for sustaining products
• Define KPIs, supervise CM performance, and drive continuous improvement activities
• Train and enable new CMs or sites to meet business and production requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 3 years of program management experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Experience in the high-tech or computer-related industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English (verbal and listening) is required
• Ability to travel for the job as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Chinese language capability
• Knowledge of world-class supply chain management practices
• Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) and production processes
