Operation Portfolio Management Office Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement global, cross-functional programs and projects aligned to OCT and company objectives
• Develop and manage project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and performance metrics
• Establish governance frameworks to track progress, risks, and changes
• Collaborate with partners, including fabs, PMO, and functional leaders, to drive alignment
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency
• Mentor and support project managers while contributing to continuous improvement of methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in project or program management within semiconductor or manufacturing environments
• Experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple partners and organizational impact
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a global team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience leading transformation or strategy initiatives with measurable business outcomes
• Experience implementing AI or digital solutions in operations or manufacturing environments
• Experience mentoring or guiding project team members or junior project managers
