Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and recheck export documentation including AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions
- Clarify HS codes for shipments
- Prepare and provide documents for export and local shipments
- Prepare and separate parcels not ready for the export process
- Ensure compliance with international export regulations, customs laws, and export procedures
- Control the quality, data, and physical standards of parcels
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer service
- Proficiency in Excel with strong data analytical skills
- Experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or international shipping
- Ability to work at the warehouse located in Chaengwattana 38
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
