Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations including supply chain, logistics, vendor management, and fulfillment
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
• Design and implement warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery solutions
• Oversee order fulfillment and work with 3PL partners
• Develop processes for customer inquiries, returns, and complaints
• Build and refine operational workflows and implement technology solutions like ERP and CRM
• Recruit, train, and manage operations teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, supply chain, or logistics
• Experience in e-commerce, construction, or building materials preferred
• Proven track record in scaling operations for online marketplaces or B2B platforms
• Experience with vendor negotiations and inventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and operational tools (ERP, WMS) is a plus
