About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement Operations’ strategy and roadmap to support department goals
  • Oversee management and execution of all projects and equipment installation to maintain service standards
  • Analyze utilization reports and equipment specifications to ensure product efficiency
  • Manage the Operations budgeting cycle and ensure alignment with approved budgets
  • Oversee implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure legislative compliance
  • Lead continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental management policies
  • Guide, mentor, and develop the manufacturing team and identify key talent
  • Set performance objectives and provide regular feedback to managers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  • At least 4 years of experience in a managerial position
  • Experience with Oil and Gas upstream processes
  • Technical Oil and Gas industry knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Previous Business Development experience
  • Previous Customer Relationship Management experience
