Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual operational plans and break down key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Track KPI achievement and make timely adjustments to ensure targets are met
• Coordinate daily operations management and analyze operational data regarding cost, efficiency, and capacity
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose optimization plans to reduce operating costs
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with quality, procurement, ES, and finance teams
• Establish and improve the operation management system and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Manage the team through recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and team building
• Handle operational emergencies, such as supply chain disruptions or quality complaints, and organize implementation of emergency plans

Requirements

• Proven experience in annual plan development and KPI tracking
• Strong ability in operational data analysis and process optimization
• Experience in cross-departmental coordination and solving cross-domain problems
• Expertise in establishing and improving SOPs and management systems
• Demonstrated success in team management and personnel development
• Ability to perform emergency response planning and crisis management
