Responsibilities

• Track low performance indicators and assess KPI measurements
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and maintenance standards
• Review, validate, and approve reports, measurements, and payment-related documentation
• Monitor contractor performance indicators and ensure accurate performance measurement
• Deliver training programs and conduct workshops to improve stakeholder performance
• Coordinate operations across regions, sites, and stakeholders to ensure continuity
• Follow up on work with Resident Engineers
• Identify operational and technical risks and implement mitigation measures
• Support documentation of lessons learned and best practices
• Assist in identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective actions
• Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews related to O&M activities
• Investigate and finalize escalation requests with the Project Management Engineer
• Conduct periodic visits to regions to meet staff and branches

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience after Bachelor's degree (all experience must be in the road sector)
• Minimum 5 years of experience after Master's degree (all experience must be in the road sector)
• Minimum 3 years of experience after PhD (all experience must be in the road sector)
