Operation & Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Record and manage all NCRs to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
• Conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders, including branch representatives and contractors
• Perform regular audits of contracts and prepare necessary reports
• Evaluate and review project programs to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
• Address and resolve administrative disputes to maintain project continuity
• Escalate issues to the Resident Engineer when necessary
• Ensure contractors comply with safety requirements
• Oversee patrol activities focusing on cleanliness, safety inspections, and adherence to specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Minimum of 3 years in operations and maintenance roles
• Experience in road projects preferred
• Mandatory membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
