FASTSHIP is a leading cross-border logistics platform in Thailand, aggregating over 15 door-to-door service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL, and ThailandPost. We use innovation and technology to provide diverse logistics and supply chain solutions for the growing e-commerce market in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to investigate parcel issues and advise customers on appropriate services
- Verify actual product dimensions and weight upon arrival at the warehouse against online customer data
- Prepare product information and take photos of items from the conveyor belt as evidence for customer coordination
- Support warehouse operations by facilitating communication between Customer Service and the Warehouse team
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors or mentors
Requirements
- Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in any field
- Eager to learn and enjoys communicating with people
- Punctual and responsible
- Ability to work at FastShip Warehouse, Chaeng Watthana 38
- Professional level of spoken and written Thai
- English communication skills are a plus
Benefits
- Daily allowance: 200 THB per working day
- Internship duration: Minimum 3 months
- Working days: Monday – Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00
