Operation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technical team by supervising daily plant operation tasks and setting operational goals.
• Manage daily plant activities to ensure the reliable and efficient generation of energy and steam.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring operational activities align with their needs and business strategies.
• Create and review operational procedures and work instructions to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across all site activities.
• Lead the analysis of operational events and incidents to identify root causes and implement preventive actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in power plant operations and maintenance (O&M).
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of plant operations and control systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing O&M service environment is highly desirable.
