Operation Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by managing inventory transfers, including incoming stock and transfers
• Oversee stock storage, including vault management, inventory quantities, and specifications
• Execute reporting and documentation tasks such as reservations, consignment, inventory, traffic, invoices, archiving, and email management
• Act as the primary contact point for workshops, collaborating closely with sales associates to manage repair processes, customer service activities, and spare parts inventory
• Contribute to positive teamwork and participate actively in daily boutique operations
• Support the development of group training and video learning platforms to enhance team knowledge of back-office processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations roles
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work proactively to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
