Operation Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team at the Lotte World Tower boutique by managing inventory movements, including receiving and transfers.
• Oversee stock storage in safes, ensuring accurate inventory quantities and specifications.
• Manage documentation and reporting, including reservations, consignment, inventory, traffic, invoices, archiving, and email correspondence.
• Act as the primary contact point for the workshop, collaborating closely with Sales Associates to manage repair processes and customer service activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and contribute to positive teamwork within the boutique.
• Participate in group training and utilize digital learning platforms to enhance personal skills and back-office knowledge.
