Operating Theatre Assistant or Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform instrumentation and assistance during operative procedures
• Ensure smooth surgical workflows through interdisciplinary teamwork
• Work across various surgical specialties within the central operating suite
• Participate in late, on-call, and standby shifts
• Manage surgical documentation and administrative tasks
• Guide and mentor trainees and apprentices

Requirements

• Completed training as an OTA (Operating Theatre Assistant) or Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in)
• Professional and reliable working style
• Empathic personality for interacting with patients and relatives
• Ability to work effectively within a team
