Operating Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment including high-speed dispersers, pumps, valves, robotics, and filling machines
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality assurance
• Maintain production records, equipment logs, and report breakdowns
• Perform minor equipment repairs and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely production orders
• Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility
• Experience monitoring gauges, dials, or machinery indicators
• Experience operating packaging equipment such as robotics, case packers, or labelers
• Experience using material handling equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers
• Experience with industrial batch processes, mixing, or blending raw materials
