Operating Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, monitor, operate, and clean automatic and semi-automatic equipment
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks to produce powder coating products
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain production records, equipment logs, and report breakdowns in a timely manner
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery
• Comply with all company policies and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility
• Experience operating heavy machinery or monitoring gauges and dials
• Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
• Experience monitoring quality of raw materials or finished goods
• Experience with industrial batch processes, including mixing or blending raw materials
