Responsibilities

• Sterile and unsterile surgical assistance during orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures
• Preparation and follow-up of operating units, including instruments and devices
• Patient documentation during surgery, including documentation of implants
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations
• Responsible and compliant handling of medical products
• Interdisciplinary collaboration

Requirements

• Completed training as an Operating Room Assistant (OTA)
• Professional experience in the field
• Medical-technical interest and understanding
• High technical competence and independent way of working
• Flexibility and reliability
• Friendly and open demeanor
• Team spirit and empathy
• IT skills
