About the Company

Avelios is on a mission to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. We have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals using cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Own major strategic initiatives end-to-end, from goal setting to implementation and measurable business outcomes
• Proactively identify and solve organizational challenges to unlock efficient scaling and operational excellence
• Lead and coach junior colleagues within cross-functional taskforces
• Serve as a liaison between founders, leadership, and the broader organization to drive alignment
• Act as a strategic advisor to functional leaders to define scalable processes and operating models

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments (consulting, VC, PE, investment banking, or scale-ups)
• Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Highly analytical and structured working style with MECE problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Fluency in both German and English (C1 level or higher)
