Operating Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant and golf operations, including employee selection, development, and performance management
• Oversee all food, beverage, and golf service operations, including inventory and ordering
• Optimize profits by managing food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitary practices, and all federal, state, and local laws
• Maintain high-quality food preparation and service standards
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily decision-making to ensure proper staffing
• Recruit, coach, and develop future managers and staff
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure exceptional service across the venue
• Maintain a safe working environment and implement proper security procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of management experience in high-volume hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant operations
• Proficiency in restaurant functions including food planning, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management
• Proficiency in golf operations including course maintenance and staffing
• ServSafe certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage 80+ employees per shift
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred
