Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of the venue, including restaurant and golf operations
• Manage financial duties including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and local/state/federal laws
• Manage inventory, ordering, and retail operations
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a diverse team of over 80 employees
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve complaints effectively
• Maintain a safe working environment and implement proper security procedures
• Prepare staffing schedules and manage daily shift operations

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of management experience in high-volume hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant operations
• Proficiency in restaurant functions including food planning, purchasing, and sanitation
• Proficiency in golf operations and course maintenance
• ServSafe certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree, preferably a Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management
• Experience managing large teams in high-volume environments
