Operating Model & Change Lead

Responsibilities

• Assess current operating model challenges across Research and Development Digital delivery, decision-making, and governance.
• Define future-state roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and ways of working.
• Shape governance forums, value tracking mechanisms, and delivery cadences.
• Identify change impacts across people, process, culture, data ownership, and adoption.
• Align the operating model with enterprise and Petcare ways of working.
• Support mobilization planning for priority roadmap items.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in target operating model design, transformation, change management, or governance advisory.
• Proven experience working across business, digital, technology, data, and operational functions.
• Strong understanding of governance, responsibility assignment design, value tracking, and change adoption.
• Ability to simplify complex organizational topics into practical, actionable models.
• Based in London or Paris.
