Responsibilities

• Ensure the manufacturing and production monitoring of various watch components using machining machines
• Guarantee the dimensional and aesthetic control of produced parts
• Participate in continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Professional experience in CNC turning (dual-spindle), milling, 5-axis grinding, or single/multi-spindle automatic machining
• Basic watchmaking module or AFP as a Mechanical Practitioner is an asset
• Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes
• Excellent visual acuity and high level of rigor
• Proficiency with production software
• Availability for shift work (2x8 schedule)
• Autonomous, organized, and a strong team player
