About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the manufacturing and production monitoring of various watch components using machining machines
- Guarantee the dimensional and aesthetic control of produced parts
- Participate in continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Professional experience in CNC turning (dual-spindle), milling, 5-axis grinding, or single/multi-spindle automatic machining
- Basic watchmaking module or AFP as a Mechanical Practitioner is an asset
- Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes
- Excellent visual acuity and high level of rigor
- Proficiency with production software
- Availability for shift work (2x8 schedule)
- Autonomous, organized, and a strong team player
