Opérateur élaboration polyvalent H/F

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire spirits production process from raw material reception to finished product shipment
• Elaborate products in strict compliance with formulas, recipes, and processes
• Control key parameters including alcohol content (TAV), water quality, and ongoing tasting
• Handle reception of raw materials, including documentary controls and tasting
• Organize tank loading and ensure compliance for shipments
• Apply hygiene, safety, and quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and HACCP)
• Declare all alcohol movements and production data using SAP and dedicated tools
• Perform first-level maintenance on equipment such as filters, pumps, and ozonators

Requirements

• Experience or practice with an industrial ERP, ideally SAP
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use simple formulas for tracking and calculations
• Comfort working with production data, numbers, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards (ISO, HACCP)
• Ability to work in shifts (2x8 or 3x8)
• Strong sense of rigor, autonomy, and teamwork
