About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, ensure safety, and maintain the proper functioning of the grinding unit
- Perform surveillance rounds and report anomalies to hierarchy
- Execute maneuvers on workshop circuits and equipment, including mobile machinery
- Operate the installation from the control room
- Collect and record data to monitor installation performance
- Take periodic samples and operate loading machinery for raw materials
- Package products in bags, big-bags, or containers
- Handle packaged products for loading into containers or trailers
- Maintain cleanliness of the installation and machinery
- Perform simple routine maintenance and upkeep operations
- Implement emergency strategies in case of accidents or incidents
Requirements
- Ability to respect and apply hygiene and safety standards in a factory environment
- Bac professionnel in industrial maintenance (electrician) or BTS in industrial maintenance is a plus
Benefits
- Permanent contract (CDI) 35h
- Monthly gross salary of €1,850
- Variable monthly bonuses (continuous fire, weekend, public holidays, meal vouchers, seniority, etc.)

- Shift work schedule (3x8: morning, afternoon, and night)
