Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of equipment, rooms, and work surfaces
• Disassemble, clean, and assemble packaging equipment according to standard procedures
• Execute line clearances and prepare equipment for production batches
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
• Debug equipment during operation and intervene based on production priorities
• Verify equipment cleanliness, condition, and product quality
• Ensure compliant documentation (sheets, logs, labels) in accordance with GMP
• Handle physical tasks including load manipulation, hopper feeding, and palletization
• Perform computer transactions related to production operations
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and shift meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to perform physical labor (standing, lifting, and manual handling)
• Proficiency in the French language
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a rotating shift environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Mechanical aptitude and experience operating industrial equipment
• Experience with production computer systems or digital transactions
