Operario (Mantenimiento Mecánico)

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance on process equipment to ensure operational availability.
• Perform routine mechanical inspections and report deviations, failures, or risks to prevent unscheduled downtime.
• Carry out adjustment, lubrication, assembly, disassembly, repair, and replacement of mechanical components.
• Apply all safety, health, and environmental procedures and standards during all maintenance activities.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of tools and work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in organizational development programs, safety brigades, and other required events.

Requirements

• Completed technical high school or TSU in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in cement, mining, or heavy transformation industries.
• Technical knowledge in industrial mechanical maintenance, including pumps, reducers, and lubrication systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Basic welding skills.
• Availability to work 100% in the field, including rotating shifts and weekends.
• Physical capacity to work within large-scale industrial facilities.
