Operario (Envase)

Responsibilities

• Execute and record operational activities for packaging and dispatch in accordance with established management system procedures.
• Apply all applicable procedures, instructions, guides, and standards related to the function.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain order and cleanliness in work units and areas to prevent unsafe conditions.
• Participate in development programs, emergency brigades, and other organizational events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree (Industrial or Chemical Engineering preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience operating packaging and dispatch machinery within the cement industry.
• Knowledge of packaging machines, palletizers, track mobiles, and telescopic loaders.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
• Strong teamwork, result orientation, and initiative.
